Consultations
Every client will undergo an initial consultation and skin analysis before the recommendation of any medical treatments. Our consultations involve an in-depth discussion about your skin; a comprehensive conversation about all options available to you along with the benefits and risks associated with each, as well as a clear plan of action for your personalized skin fitness program. We believe an informed patient, with realistic expectations, will be very satisfied with our treatments and results. Consultations are

Arrivals
To enjoy the full benefit of your spa experience, we ask that you arrive a minimum of 10 minutes prior to your scheduled service. If you arrive late, the length of your treatment will be reduced and end as scheduled, allowing our staff to take their next scheduled appointment on time.
Cancellations
If you must cancel, we will gladly assist you in rescheduling your appointment. A 24-hour notice is requested to avoid a $25 cancellation fee for your scheduled service.
How To Prepare
Please bring a list of any medications you may be taking. Notify your clinician of any medical problems or concerns you might have prior to the start of any treatment. We will not perform any laser procedures on areas that have been actively tanned 2-6 weeks before a planned treatment.
Group Functions
Please see our staff about reserving space for a group function or large party.
Returns
If not fully satisfied with a purchase from our retail area, please bring your receipt and unused portion of product back within one week of purchase and we will issue a Bliss credit, good toward any product or future service at the spa. There are no cash or credit card refunds and no credit for product returned after seven days.
Gratuity Policy
Due to the nature of our establishment, our clinicians do not accept gratuity. Our greatest reward is your expressed appreciation and the referral of our services.
